1. Replacement Window

We offer replacements within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligible Reasons

A replacement can be requested in the following cases:

• Wrong size received
• Defective or damaged product
• Wrong product received

3. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging with all tags, accessories and documentation intact

4. Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged or wrong products received, Crayons Pets will bear the return shipping cost.

For wrong-size replacements, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

5. Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided as per this policy.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
