During peak seasons, sales events, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days across India.

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Operational disruptions beyond our control
Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout.
Customers can use the tracking details to monitor their shipment directly with the courier partner.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Any free-shipping offers, promotions, or shipping discounts are subject to their respective terms and may change from time to time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
Crayons Pets will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order needs to be re-dispatched because of incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a shipment is returned to Crayons Pets due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to respond to courier communication
- Other circumstances attributable to the recipient

Partial Shipments
In certain situations, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately to ensure efficient or faster delivery.
Where applicable, customers may receive separate tracking details for different shipments.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Other unforeseen logistical circumstances
Such delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
- Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
- Record an unboxing video showing the package and product.
- Contact Crayons Pets within 48 hours of delivery.
This information helps us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if there is another significant delivery issue, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details.
We will coordinate with the relevant courier partner where necessary.
